Meeting Room Rentals

Daily Rate | $100.00 + HST

Boardroom Rentals

Hourly Rate | $50.00 + HST

Daily Rate | $150.00 + HST

Workstation Rentals

Daily Rate | $50.00 + HST

Weekly Rate | $100.00 +HST

Monthly Rate | $350.00 + FC + HST

Monthly Rate with Term | $300.00 + FC + HST

* Workstation and meeting room rentals include use of internet, SMARTboard and/or SmartTV, reception, kitchen, conference phone and printer/copier/fax/scanning access. Monthly rentals have access to additional services.

* Monthly terms are subject to a $50.00/month facility charge (FC) for cleaning, administration and maintenance.

* Hours of Operation: Monday to Friday 8:30am- 5:00pm, Except Holidays

* Discounted Rates available for Full-Time College and University Students
