Introduction

Exploriem.org is an organization that provides a network for communication between entrepreneurs who have newly established businesses, and those that have successful, firmly grounded companies. We provide our members with a platform to voice their business concerns and have feedback from the Exploriem.org community. We host Online Corporate Therapy Sessions for our members that troubleshoot stumbling blocks in our entrepreneur's paths. In addition Exploriem.org conducts courses and symposia on business related topics, and has members globally.

The benefits to our members include:

1. Participation in second and third order thinking,
2. Create and benefit from non-obvious solutions,
3. Finding and making strategic or financial decisions,
4. Getting a domain name, hosting, web design, promotional items, online payments, processing, and more web tools,
5. Getting marketing and guerrilla marketing help,
6. Crisis assistance,

Why Exploriem.org is Important

Exploriem.org helps its members in all situations from startup to maturity in good times and in crisis too. We provide solutions to problems that may otherwise seem unfathomable through the plethora of knowledge that has accumulated through our member's experiences. Solutions save businesses from closing, providing our entrepreneurs with renewed optimism and help them grow faster.

Courses are conducted by Dr. Bruce Firestone, and other members. The courses range from how to build a great business model to executive fitness and health. More information on our courses may be found at http://www.exploriem.org/Courses.htm .

How Exploriem.org is Different from Other Business Organizations:

Explorim.org is unique because it allows direct interaction and crosstalk amongst members. Members' complimentary classifieds promote their businesses and member's biography postings in our biography section help members get to know each other better. Using Exploriem.org allows members to trade and sell to each other and make contact using the six degrees of separation with potential clients and customers and one on one email.

We conduct our Corporate Therapy Sessions on-line via instant messaging. This method is productive in a non-traditional way because:

1. The attendees do not have to leave their office too attend
2. They can be connected to our members in other countries saving expenses related to travel and conferencing, using IM is free
3. People generally put more thought into something that they write down therefore increasing the productivity of the session
4. Each member can save the verbatim transcripts of members so that they can refer back to it later during implementation.

We are different because our international community is connected via instant messaging. This provides the opportunity for cross talk and networking of entrepreneurs. Our organization provides guerilla marketing - get the business model right- support from our members.

We offer immediate solutions. We include in our membership, the discretionary ability to email the entire Exploriem.org community with a problem and receive immediate feedback that no one wants to wait for.

Sponsorship Particulars

Funds contributed by sponsors to Exploriem.org will be used to provide an increased level of services to our members, and subsidize the costs of running the organization, courses symposia and other services.

In the event that any disputes arise from this Agreement, the parties agree to binding arbitration without recourse to the courts.

Sponsorship Benefits for Sponsors of Exploriem.org

1. The Sponsoring organization's logo and a hyperlink shall be placed on the home page of Exploriem.org.
2. The Sponsor shall be entitled to an ad in our classified section.
3. The Sponsor may post up to a few biographies per year of sponsorship, in our biography section.
4. Each Sponsor shall receive four free memberships to Exploriem.org per year.
5. The Sponsor may send four staff to attend one course each per year.
6. Sponsors may display the Exploriem.org logo and Exploriem.org membership badge and use the appropriate hyperlink on their web sites and in other promotional material.
7. Sponsor shall be entitled to a free listing on PlanetGiftCertificates.com each year.

Sponsorship Costs

1. $400 per month per year.
2. Term of sponsorship - two years.

Marie and team members from gradeAstudent.com) and Course EXPOPT1 Executive Health, Diet and Lifetime Fitness (Ms. Lynn Baird, Lifetime Fitness Coach, AtTheHaven.com) ($500)

4. Course EXP402 Marketing by Media Release (Mr. Rick Anderson, President of

5. First Annual Exploriem.org Symposium and Trade Show: The Bootstrap Entrepreneur
