Courses for Entrepreneurs and Intrapreneurs
Exploriem.org (e.ORG)
Exploriem.org is an organization that exists for the benefit of its members. Members are involved in a lifetime learning process-- learning from each other and learning from experts in the fields of entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship.
Today, entrepreneurial skills are needed not just in business or organizations that are started by a founder or group of founders but also in large enterprises. Employees/intrapreneurs who understand the need to treat their divisions, projects, research and development as if: a. these were their own startups and b. these needed to justify their existence by finding their own customers and clients and their own seed capital, are much more likely to be successful in their corporations, be they SMEs or large mulit-nationals or even NGOs or Charitable Organizations.
NGOs and Charitable Organizations today also recognize the need for sound business models and well thought out business plans.
These courses are held in a seminar setting with small numbers for maximum interaction between participants and instructors. Instructors are internationally known individuals with world class knowledge in their field. Participants will be expected to contribute original material and perform at a high level of interaction. Internet access is provided for all and participants are encouraged to bring their laptops. A data projector will be available for additional instructional use.
These courses are aimed at equipping e.ORG members with the skill set they need to build bigger and stronger organizations and careers.
