Coaching Agreement
DramatisPersonae.org and Exploriem.org
DramatisPersonae.org coaching candidates agree that they shall be bound by the rules of this site and their coahing agreement as described below. Coaching candidates are also members of Exploriem.org, Professional Entrepreneurs Organization, and they agree that they shall also be guided by the philosphy of Exploriem.org and behave in a manner consistent with Exploriem.org philosphy. All coaching candidates further agree as follows:
1. all matters discussed between the parties or having to do with this arrangement shall remain confidential between the parties..
2. advice provided by DramatisPersonae.org is for the benefit of the coaching candidate alone and shall not be passed along to third parties.
3. Coaching candidates are sophisticated individuals who may accept or reject any such advice.
4. no coaching candidate may engage in litigation with DramatisPersonae.org based on discussions, information or other form of communication resulting from the use of this site.
5. any disputes between the parties arising from the use of this site must be mediated by a panel of three Exploriem.org members where each disputing party may select one member to represent them and the two members so chosen shall select a third member- the decision of the panel shall be final and binding on the parties.
6. coaching candidates who use any forms, models, ideas, concepts or other resources available on these sites do so at their own risk.
7. coaching candidates or DramatisPersonae.org may choose to cancel this agreement upon 30 days notice at any time.
8. coaching candidates understand that DramatisPersonae.org is a participatory form of coaching and there is an expectation that coaching candidates will assist in the development of successful startegies and will be capable of independently executing the selected strategies.
9. the monthly cost for coaching is as follows:
