Member Agreement
Exploriem.org
Exploriem.org members agree that they shall be bound by the rules of this site and their membership as described below. They shall be guided by the philosphy of Exploriem.org and they shall behave in a manner consistent with this philosphy. All members agree as follows:
1. they shall respect all persons regardless of gender, race, religion or any other form of discrimination.
2. all matters discussed on this site, posted to this site or having to do with exploriem or its members shall remain confidential and proprietary to the membership.
3. advice provided by members to other members shall not form the basis for claims of one member on another- it is understood that all members are sophisticated individuals who may accept or reject any such advice.
4. no member may engage in litigation with another member based on discussions, information or other form of communication resulting from the use of this site.
5. any disputes between members arising from the use of this site must be mediated by a panel of three members where each disputing party may select one member to represent them and the two members so chosen shall select a third member- the decision of the panel shall be final and binding on the parties.
6. members who use any forms, models, ideas, concepts or other resources available on this site do so at their own risk.
7. members may not send to other members any material of questionable taste, illegal material or advice to engage in illegal activities.
8. members are entitled to ask the oracle or query their user group- a lively discussion is encouraged; however, they must use restraint and good judgement; frequent email requests equivalent to spamming are not permitted and may result in a warning followed by immediate cessation of their membership if the behavior continues.
9. members may not release the identities, addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses or any other information about other exploriem members without their permission.
10 new members may join only by approval of their membership application, which must be approved by the Exectuive Director, the Communications Manager and, as required, by the Advisory Board.
11. existing members may recommend others for membership.
12. members may not give or reveal their user id or password to any other person or organization.
13. once approved members may choose to display the Professional Entrepreneurs Organization Membership Badge or Certificate.
14. members may choose to cancel their memebrship upon 30 days notice at any time.
15. exploriem may immediately cancel membership after one warning to a member that is in breach of exploriem rules on conduct and behavior.
16. members understand that exploriem is a participatory form of organization and there is an expectation that members will respond to other members as time allows to assist them in developing their organizations and careers.
17. members shall generally act in a manner that shall be to the benefit of exploriem members.
18. the monthly cost for membership and supporting Exploriem.org is as follows:
